The team at Miracle Blanket are proud of the quality of our service and we always endeavour to meet the high standards our customers deserve. If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

The item must be unused and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable. If your item has been lost or damaged in transit, has arrived faulty, or is incorrect, then please call us immediately on +441935 424718. We will then arrange the best course of action to take or email admin@miracleblanket.co.uk

We recommend that you get a certificate of posting or use a tracked service to ensure that the item is dleievred back to us.
